退款政策

在 TriadEssay，客户满意是我们的首要目标。我们会以公平、透明的方式处理所有退款申请，以建立长期的信任。

Order Cancellations 订单取消

• Client-initiated cancellations 客户主动取消
  • If the writer has not started the order → a full refund will be issued.
    如果写手尚未开始任务 → 将提供全额退款。
  • If the writer has already started work → a partial refund will be offered, based on the amount of work completed. Upon request, the completed portion will be provided to the client.
    如果写手已开始任务 → 将根据已完成的工作量提供部分退款。客户如有需要，可获得已完成的部分稿件。
• TriadEssay-initiated cancellations TriadEssay 主动取消
  • If we cannot complete the task (e.g., beyond our expertise, or deadline too short), we will notify the client immediately and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
    如果我们无法完成任务（如超出专业范围或截止时间过短），我们将第一时间通知客户，并将费用全额退还至客户的原支付方式。

Missed Deadlines 超过截止时间

• If we miss the deadline, the order will be re-billed based on the new delivery time, and the price difference refunded to the client’s original payment method.
  如果我们未能按时完成订单，将按照实际完成时间重新结算，并把差价退还至客户原支付方式。
• Additionally, we will refund 10% of the revised price as compensation.
  此外，我们将退还**最新价格的10%**作为补偿。
• Exceptions 例外情况（不退款）：
  1. Client agrees to extend the deadline.
     客户同意延长截止时间。
  2. Delay caused by client’s failure to provide required materials on time.
     因客户未及时提供必要资料导致的延期。

Satisfaction Guarantee 满意度保证

• If dissatisfaction is due to TriadEssay’s responsibility, we offer a full refund when:
  若因 TriadEssay 的原因导致不满意，我们将提供全额退款，条件是：
  • The grade is below what we agreed upon before starting the order.
    作业得分我们与您商议的目标成绩，或根据所在学校评分标准的等同分数。
  • The client provides detailed feedback from professor or own clear explanation of dissatisfaction.
    客户需提供教授的详细反馈或清晰说明不满意的原因。
• Refund requests must be submitted within 2 months of receiving the order.
  退款申请需在收到文章后2个月内提出。超出期限将不予受理。
• 如您要求的保分规则苛刻，如必须保A+，澳洲成绩系统的75分，或是英国成绩的75分+，我们将提供阶梯式退款。如您要求保75分，70-74分退款25%/60-69分退款50%/50-59分退款75%，低于50分全额退款。

Exclusions from Full Refund 不符合全额退款条件

Refunds will not apply in the following cases:
以下情况不符合全额退款条件：

• Editing-only tasks 仅编辑订单
• Simple writing tasks 简单写作订单
• AI rewrite tasks AI 改写订单
• Client modifies the paper after delivery 客户自行修改已完成的文章
• Missing required materials not provided in advance 未提前提供必要材料（教材、阅读、课堂笔记等）
• Client provides strict outline/sources and writer follows them 客户提供提纲或文献，写手依此完成
• Urgent orders with less than 12 hours turnaround time 紧急订单（交稿时间少于 12 小时）
• Client refuses to provide detailed feedback 客户拒绝提供详细反馈
• Service-level mismatch 服务等级与论文要求不符：
  • College-level paper ordered at high-school level price 大学作业按高中水平下单
  • Graduate-level paper ordered at undergraduate level price 研究生作业按本科水平下单

Revision Policy 修改政策

• Revision requests can be made within 14 days of delivery.
  收到文章后 14 天内可提交修改请求。
• Requests must not conflict with original instructions.
  修改要求不得与原始订单要求冲突。
• If changes exceed the original instructions (e.g., new readings, different prompt), it will be treated as a new order and charged accordingly.
  若修改超出原始要求（如新增阅读材料、更改题目），将视为新订单并按正常价格收费。

Refund Processing 退款流程

• All approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method (same card, PayPal, Alipay, etc.).
  所有退款将退还至原支付方式（同一卡号、PayPal 、微信或支付宝等）。
• Refunds are reviewed case by case and processed within 7 business days.
  退款将逐案审核，并在 7 个工作日内完成处理。
